Meet Kristin

I'm Kristin Mendes, a Creative Project Manager based in Hadley, Massachusetts.

I went to art school in Boston and am a mixed media artist myself. I make art in my own time for the joy of it. Having that background gives me a real understanding of the creative process and what it takes to get your work out there.

I've always been drawn to the intersection of creativity and business. I realized early on that the practical side of a creative practice is a whole job in itself, and I genuinely wanted to help other artists with the logistics so they could focus on doing what they love to do.

I moved to Western Mass in 2020 and started helping a friend's mom with an art project. What began as one project slowly grew into what I do now: supporting artists, musicians, wellness practitioners, and other creatives with everything from websites to in-studio support and admin work, all the behind the scenes details that keep everything running.

I work both remotely and in-person throughout Western Mass and beyond. I'm embedded in the local arts community and genuinely love helping people focus on what they do best while I handle everything else.
